Quick Tutorial:

1st go to algonquin
2nd go to the internet cafè
3rd climb the stairs or hop onto the tracks
4th stay as far to the right if you can
5th face the opening that drops to the ground below
6th punch until 1 foot is over the edge
7th slowly walf off the edge dont run otherwise it wont work

now if it doesnt work dont yell at me right now me and a friend are working on a video to help

yes you can do this online and please try to do it online ive had many troubles getting hit by the train in singleplayer but you can do it on single player
