First sidemount over a wall, then down a person, pick him up and then get someone to plant a smoke on a wall. Then walk into the smoke but just as it is about to explode push X and you should do a wierd execution and then sidemount again and get someone to chainsaw you!
Now you should either have someone on your head, a clone or someone will be stuck in the zombie pose
