1. Have someone aim at the pills or health pack. 2. You aim at the heath pack or pills. 3. Have both,exackly at the same time, grab pills or health pack. You will see that you both have grabbed one helth pack or pills, so a one health can become 2 and a one bottle of pills can become 2.
