Follow these steps.

1.Join the Dark Brotherhood(if you have not already)to join you must kill someone and then sleep.

2.Get to the mission Accidents Happen,the one where you have to stage an accident.

3.When you get to house avoid the bodygaurd and head to the stairs.

4.Once you are up the stairs there should be a small bedroom with a crawlspace in it.Get in the crawlspace.

5.Open up the crawlspace door and get in, then close it.After you are in the crawlspace go into sneak mode(if not already).Then all you got to do is walk around while staying in the crawlspace,and in sneak mode.They will not be able to see or hear you,but you will still get points.I got my sneak points to 50 in about 10 -15 minutes.Another really fast way to get the points is just put a rubberband on the controller and check on it every 20 minutes becuase when you get to the next level of sneaking a little screen pops up and will not go away until you press A.
