All you do is use the Jackal to get as closest as you can to a wall or a barrier. You will need to be adjusting the direction where you exit, which is in the back of the Jackal.

If you are at a good angle you will exit the Jackal. Most of the time you will see the Jackal floating up. Get back on and move around if you can and then exit.

Repeating these steps, you should be able to walk around with the Jackal where you couldn't do previously.
