Go to the bar. Go to the section with the table that is tipped over. There is a small space between the corner of the wall and one of the benches. Jump in the corner. You will begin to shake. Move around and press against the wall. You will eventually go inside the wall. You can shoot people outside, but they cannot shoot you.
