On the roof with the radio theres a turrent AKA Big ass machingun. Face the turrent behind it and move a littile to the right. Aim at the building with the satilite. Then wack the gun a bunch of time, then jump on it and it shoukd put you and the building where you came up the ladder from. Either that or it'll just make you bounce really high, maybe sending you to your doom. Please leave comments.
