In a multiplayer game, get a pimp hat and a quota. Place the quota half on a curb so that the front is on the pavement and the back is on the road. Then jump on to the back of the quota and move the camera so it is over your head. Now pimp slap the back of the quota and if done correctly you should get shot into the air and can land on buildings.
