You have to complete all of the Westside Rollerz Missions to do this. Go on top of there mansion. Go to chimmny and jump on it. There should be a soccerball. Kick it down and thats a good sniping spot too. No one can get you except for the choppers. Other than that, its still a glitch, right? Thank you and please leave comments.
