Follow these steps.

1.Go to Chedinhal.

2.Get inside the castle.

3.Get to the doorway where you can see the throne,and then stop.

4.Look to your left.There should be a large platform like structure with some plants in it.

5.There should also be a small passage way between the large platform and the wall.

6.Go back,and then charge into the small passage way.Note:This will also work with the left side.
If done correctly you should shoot up,and if it does'nt work keep trying and you will get it.Some great things about this glitch is that you can gain acrobatics from surviving the long fall.Also if enemies are chasing you you can go in that small passage and your enemies will try chasing you inside.The should also perform the superjump,and they may be hurt by the fall.
