Well after, having to re-write this tutorial because of the shout box I hope you guys like it. What you will need for this glitch is the phone, which comes after the second mission from roman, which isn't to hard. Please note this is only tested on the Xbox 360. Step One: Pull out your phone. (UP - D-UP). Step Two: Go to the dialing menu. (UP - D-UP). Step Three: Aim through the door at you favorite "Open Hospital", and try to Spawn a car inside.
