Go to Death Toll - 4. The Town, get to the turret where the event takes place. Jump on top of the turret, stand above the handles and look down. READ CARFULLY, PRESS X, you should start to fall, then when you land PRESS X AND A at the same time you should fly any place but forward, you may die several times before landing on the theatre, if you go backwards against a barracade you press x a too early

In the same level on survival, start it up and get urself killed, now you will be abled to bypass the boundry. To the right of the forklift is a barracade (not far to the right) with barb wire attached to the top tilted upwards. Jump on it run forward and jump on to the rubble and you should be up. It takes a long time if ur a new comer but it works overtime
